Pursuant to Article 13 sections 1 and 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we hereby inform you:

- Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of universally binding legal provisions. We respect the right to privacy and ensure data security. To this end, we use, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL), and data is stored on secure servers, computers, and with third parties (including accounting offices, banks).
- Your ordinary personal data (e.g., name, surname, correspondence address, email, phone number, billing address, tax identification number [NIP]) may be transferred to the Administrator via the provided phone number, email address, and the form available on the website regeneracjasrub.pl. Data may also be collected during company events such as exhibitions, trade fairs, and shows.
- Our website regeneracjasrub.pl does not automatically collect any information, with the exception of information contained in cookies. More about cookies in our Cookies Policy.
- The processing of your personal data will take place on the basis of Article 6 of the GDPR. The Administrator relies on a legitimate interest, which is the collection of statistical data and the analysis of website traffic.
- Your data is collected for the purpose of:
– conducting correspondence with Clients, including responding to messages, inquiries, and requests for a quotation.
– concluding and performing a Service Provision Agreement or a Sales Agreement. - Personal Data is processed based on your expressed consent:
– voluntary consent in the case of data entered into forms for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g., for contact purposes.
– mandatory for the purpose of concluding and performing a Sales Agreement / Service Provision Agreement, being essential for the realization of sales objectives or arising from legal obligations. - In some situations, the Client’s data may be transferred to third parties. The recipients of the Client’s data are:
– authorized employees for the purpose of performing entrusted duties
– software and computer hardware service providers
– the Bank
– the Accounting Office
– the Hosting Company
– Other partners: Facebook, Google AdWords, Google Analytics - Your personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years for the purpose of utilizing marketing opportunities and analyzing data necessary for conducting business activity. In the case of concluding an agreement with us, your personal data will be processed by us for the entire duration of the agreement’s performance, and also thereafter, i.e., until the expiry of the statute of limitations for any claims arising from the agreement and in connection with the fulfillment of the 5-year archiving obligation.
- You have the right to access the content of your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure, as well as the right to restrict processing / the right to withdraw consent, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if, in your opinion, the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the EU GDPR regulation.
- Personal data left on the website will not be sold or shared with third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.
Cookies Policy
- The website does not automatically collect any information, with the exception of the information contained in cookies.
- Cookies (known as “ciasteczka” in Polish) constitute IT data, specifically text files, which are stored on the Service User’s end device and are intended for use with the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device, and a unique number.
- The entity placing cookies on the Service User’s end device and gaining access to them is the operator of the website regeneracjasrub.pl, the company Mateusz Pietras Metalserwis, a production, trade, and service enterprise, located at ul.
